Synopsis: Soad is an Egyptian single woman in her thirties who is still living in her parents ‘apartment. Jobless, she is taking care of her sick father while trying to deal with life’s harsh realities. While her father is mostly unaware of the surroundings after he suffered from a stroke, her mother, the family breadwinner, is ironically a hospital nurse who prefers to take care of strangers.
